Junkyard Dog
Playing the card from your junkyard is the action of junkyard dog meaning any effects that care about how many actions you take will see using junkyard dog and the resulting card played as the same single action.
Junkyard Dog
Playing Instinct from your junkyard is part of the junkyard dog action meaning if it is the first action you take in a round you will get +2/+2 instead of drawing a card.
Mods
When an active mod is junked the next mod underneath it (if any) becomes active. Thematically you are reverting to your older version.
Courses
When an active course is junked the next course underneath it (if any) becomes active.

When a new course is played it is played on top of the previous course if any, making that previous course inactive.
Base Stats
The base power and handling of a car is the printed number and does not include any effects the car may have.
Yoru
Yoru only counts effects that add at least +1 power.
Uphill
Uphill is a total setting effect to be applied after all additions and subtractions.
Squonk NOS
If another effect uninstalls NOS you will not get the x2 power from NOS.
Shortcut
You do not have to decide which course to use until the progress step.
Seasoned Mechanic
Even if you replace a Seasoned Mechanic with a new one the total number of mods you can play in a round is still only two.
Reset
Reset can be used to junk every active mod in play including both yours and each opponent’s.
